All TDOT projects, including the SR 28/US 127 North project, are developed through a five-step process illustrated below.
The Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) was signed and approved by the Federal Highway Administration in March, 2010.
Section 1 - From north of I-40 to near Legion Road
- Survey and Design activities are underway
Section 2 - From near Legion Road to near Hollow Road
- Survey and Design Activities are underway
Section 3 - From near Hollow Road to near Lowe Road
- Survey and Design Activities are underway
Section 4 - From near Lowe Road to SR-62
- Right-of-Way activities are underway
