1. When will my property be appraised and acquired by the state?
This process occurs during the Appraisals and Acquisition
phase of the project development process. It cannot occur until
there is funding appropriated for this phase. Currently, there
is no funding available at this time. Also, until there is a set
of plans displaying the amount of acquisition required for this
project, there will be no determinant available for whose
property will be acquired.
2. When will S.R. 112 (Clarksville Pike) be under
construction?
As stated under the previous question, projects must receive budget allocation for certain types of funding; the section of Clarksville Pike under development has not been budgeted for construction at this time.
3. What is project management?
This is the definition as listed in A Guide to the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide): the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements.
