Materials & Tests is Responsible for Acceptance, Verification, Assurance Sampling and testing of materials used on State and Federal aide projects. The office ensures that materials used on departmental projects meet the appropriate American Society for Testing & Materials, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials or departmental specifications.
