Research at TDOT
The Tennessee Department of Transportation collaborates with leading university researchers across the state to find efficient, funding-conscious solutions to complex transportation issues. Each year, TDOT develops a State Planning & Research Work Program according to federal regulations and provides grants money through the SPR program to university researchers to accomplish needed research objectives.
