Lakeway Regional ITS Architecture

The Lakeway Regional ITS Architecture development process was led by the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) in coordination with the Lakeway Area Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization (MTPO). The Region encompasses all of Hamblen and Jefferson Counties in eastern Tennessee.

A series of four workshops was held to develop the Lakeway Regional ITS Architecture and Regional ITS Deployment Plan and involved stakeholders from traffic management and emergency management at both the State and local levels.
