Civil Rights Office - Affirmative Action Program

Contractors Information

The On-the-Job Training Supportive Services (OJT/SS) is a program of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) that assist State Transportation Agencies (STAs) in the development and enhancement of their job training, and/or apprenticeship programs using Federal assisted funds.  The OJT/SS program complements the FHWA On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program.

The OJT/SS Program is to engage in a partnership with the Prime Contractor to promote an OJT/SS Program in addition to the current Training Special Provision (TSP) contract provision, between the contractor and Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) Civil Rights Division (CRD) Affirmative Action Program (AAP).  Funds for this program are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
